Job description:

Greet visitors.
• Independently manage the visitor management system
• Handle any incoming calls and connect to the correct associate /Handle any generic queries or redirect the caller to the appropriate team/s.
• Manage the phonebook & any other MIS required.
• Extend support for any fun activities that have been organized.
• Conference room control and booking • Handle Stationery requirement and MIS
• Create and arrange for conference bridge calls.
